Package Cost: $15,000 Per Night

This package is available to one group/organization looking for a unique and isolated venue to enjoy this once in a lifetime experience.

You will have exclusive access to our Old Western Town, staff, food, and an abundance of activities and amenities.

Package Includes:

  • A 3 night stay for up to 30 guests.
  • Dedicated use of our Old Western Town located in the middle of 650 beautiful acres of open land and sky surrounded by exotic wildlife and farm animals.
  • Big open SKY and beautiful views just for you and your group!
  • Food provided throughout the stay.
  • Proper eclipse viewing glasses for all guests.

THE CAMPING PACKAGE

Price: $1,500 Per Night

This package is perfect for a group that is looking for their own exclusive camp site nestled within 645 beautiful acres in Texas. You bring your tents & food and we will provide a spectacular campsite located away from the city where the stars are brighter!​

 Package Includes:

  • 2 night stay 
  • 10 camping spots with picnic areas, hiking & mountain biking trails, bathroom and shower facility, fire pits, grills, intimate lighting and outdoor games. 
  • 645 beautiful acres where you and your group can enjoy the full outdoor experience with big open skies and exotic wildlife. 
  • Exclusive use of the camp site for your group/organization. 
  • Proper eclipse viewing glasses for all guests.
